Just Cultured was founded by Christian Eddings, a non-binary entrepreneur, community builder, and 15-year veteran of the beauty and retail industries. Christian opened Just Cultured after years of experiencing firsthand what it means to walk into a space and not be fully seen.
That experience became the foundation of a consulting philosophy rooted in one simple idea: real hospitality means seeing people for who they actually are.
It's a Culture.
That tagline isn't marketing. It's a worldview. It's the belief that what happens in the chair: the conversation, the care, the moment of being seen. It is as important as the cut itself.
The consulting practice exists to help other shop owners build from that same foundation.
